Goal

Introduce a new Agent workflow for generating commit prompts and clean up tooling configurations.

• Create .agents/workflows/generate-commit-prompt.md
• Update compose.yaml Python version
• Update CLAUDE.md and .claude/settings.json
• Update bun.lock
• Delete obsolete files (modules/frontend/sangita-admin-web/e2e/.gitignore, tools/sangita-cli-archived/.env)
