Goal

Commit the remaining dependency configuration updates (March 2026). These updates align the code with the changes previously documented in current-versions.md.

Implementation Plan

1. Commit frontend package.json updates (React Query, React Router, Tailwind).
2. Commit backend libs.versions.toml updates (PostgreSQL driver, Logback, Jsoup, Caffeine).
3. Commit Python worker updates (Dockerfile, pyproject.toml, uv.lock) for consistency.
4. Provide an implementation summary and track them neatly in this workflow.
