Goal

Update current-versions.md to document the Python tools (uv.lock for extraction worker and db-migrate) and keep it synchronized across the project. Also, correct .gitignore to properly ignore python artifacts like .pytest_cache, .ruff_cache, uv.lock, and __pycache__.

Implementation Plan

1. Add Python tools backend to current-versions.md.
2. Fix patterns in .gitignore to correctly ignore __pycache__ directories, uv.lock, and other python caches.
3. Register this track in conductor/tracks.md.
4. Commit the changes.
