Test Sarvam AI’s PDF extraction API for Carnatic music PDF sources (Tamil/Telugu/Devanagari scripts).

Status

Completed and deprecated — the evaluation concluded that the Sarvam API path was not viable for production extraction. The project moved to the unified extraction engine (TRACK-064).
