Optimize the MCP PostgreSQL tooling integration for development workflows — faster query execution, better schema introspection, and connection pooling awareness.
Deferred — the current MCP postgres tool is functional for development queries. This track will be revisited when production readiness (TRACK-109) requires tighter database tooling.
