TRACK-021: Kotlin Code Review Refactor (Quality & Security)

Goal

Resolve all issues identified in the Kotlin code review and refactor checklist, improving architecture, security, performance, and testability across modules/backend/ and modules/shared/.

Context

• Scope: Kotlin backend + shared domain

Implementation Plan

• Introduce service interfaces + Koin DI wiring
• Decompose BulkImportWorkerService into focused components
• Apply code quality fixes (constants, preconditions, UUID helpers, parameter objects)
• Security upgrades (JWT auth, request validation, API key headers)
• Performance + observability (search JOINs, caching, query logging)
• Shared domain cleanups (validation annotations, DTO file splits)
• Testing infrastructure + unit tests
• Documentation updates + checklist completion
