Executive Summary

This feature tracks the comprehensive audit and maintenance of the application_documentation repository. The goal is to ensure all documentation files adhere to the project’s standards, contain correct metadata headers, and have functional internal links.

1. Requirements

1.1 Metadata and Headers

• All markdown files must replace YAML frontmatter with standardized Markdown headers.
• Headers must include Status, Version, and Last Updated fields.

1.2 Link Integrity

• All internal file links must be relative and resolvable.
• Broken links identified during audits must be fixed.

1.3 Content Consistency

• Glossary terms should be consistent.
• Architecture diagrams and decisions (ADRs) must be up to date and correctly linked.

2. Changes Tracked

This reference links to the following changes:

• Updates to 00-meta files for standards and referencing.
• Updates to 01-requirements for PRDs and feature docs.
• Updates to 02-architecture including ADRs and tech stack.
• Updates to 03-api for contracts and integration specs.
• Updates to 04-database, 05-frontend, 06-backend for respective documentation.
• Integration of AI documentation in 09-ai.
• Creation of this tracking file.
