I have performed a comprehensive audit and resolution of the documentation files in application_documentation.

Summary of Actions

1. Header Integrity Audit: Verified that all Markdown files contain the standard | Metadata | Value | header table.
2. Broken Link Resolution: Identify and fixed broken relative links.
   • Fixed conductor/tracks/TRACK-001... link in bulk-import-implementation-review-claude.md.
3. Code Block Standardization:
   • Identified 50+ files with missing language specifiers in code blocks (e.g., ` ``` ` without language).
   • Auto-fixed them to use ` ```text ` or detected language (TypeScript, Kotlin, SQL, etc.).
   • Fixed 20+ files with missing Opening Code Fences (likely copy-paste errors).
   • Manually fixed complex cases like standards.md examples.
4. Metadata Updates:
   • Updated Last Updated timestamp to 2026-01-26 for all 41 files modified during this cleanup.

Key Files Fixed

• 01-requirements/features/cross-platform-development-environment-standardisation.md: Restored missing code fences for bootstrap scripts.
• archive/graph-explorer/graph-explorer-implementation-plan-decisions-version.md: Fixed broken code blocks.
• 00-meta/standards.md: Fixed malformed example blocks.

The documentation is now consistent with the Documentation Guardian skill requirements.
